Well Maintenance Plan 1

$450 A YEAR PLUS 10% OFF PARTS & LABOR FOR THE CONTRACT. THIS PLAN INCLUDES ONE SERVICE CALL & PRIORITY SCHEDULING.

1) PUMP PERFORMANCE: FLOW WELL & PROVIDE GALLONS PER MINUTE AT DIFFERENT PRESSURES

2) PRESSURE TANK: CHECK TANK INTEGRITY, CHECK AIR IN TANK, CHECK FOR LEAKS

3) PRESSURE SWITCH/PRESSURE SENSOR: CHECK FOR PROPER FUNCTION

4) MOTOR PERFORMANCE: CHECK AMPS, VOLTAGE & GROUNDING

5) WATER SAMPLE: CHLORINATE WELL & SAMPLE FOR ECOLI AND COLIFORM

6) VISUAL PIPE INSPECTION: INSPECT FOR CORROSION & CHECK FOR ANY LEAKS & WITHSTANDING PROPER PRESSURE

7) WELL HEAD INSPECTION: INSPECT WELL CAP, ENSURE PROPER SEALING & WIRE CONNECTION AT WELL HEAD, INSPECT FOR LEAKS AROUND CASING, INSPECT CASING INTEGRITY AT SURFACE

8) CHECK FILTER: CLEAN OR REPLACE IF NECESSARY (FILTER CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT NOT INCLUDED)

$850.00 A YEAR PLUS 15% OFF PARTS & LABOR FOR THE CONTRACT. THIS PLAN INCLUDES TWO SERVICE CALLS & PRIORITY SCHEDULING. LET CURRIE DRILLING HELP GET YOUR WATER WELL READY FOR THE SUMMER & WINTER MONTHS WITH THIS MAINTENANCE PLAN.

SPRING WATER WELL INSPECTION:

SUMMERS ARE HOT IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE AND WE KNOW HOW IMPORTANT WATER IS TO YOUR HOME. THAT’S WHY YOU WANT TO ENSURE YOUR SYSTEM IS IN PROPER WORKING ORDER. SPRING INSPECTIONS ARE A GREAT WAY TO GET AHEAD OF ANY POTENTIAL ISSUES BEFORE THE SUMMER MONTHS.

FALL WATER WELL INSPECTION:

PANHANDLE WINTERS ARE HARSH AND UNPREDICTABLE. WE WILL INSPECT THAT YOUR WELL HOUSE IS PROPERLY INSULATED AND GIVE TIPS ON WAYS TO PREVENT YOUR LINES FROM FREEZING. DEPENDING ON HOW YOUR SYSTEM IS SET UP A SPACE HEATER CAN PREVENT FREEZING TEMPS FROM EFFECTING YOUR LINES. WE OFFER ADVISE AND SUGGESTIONS ON PROPER SAFETY WHEN USING A HEATER AROUND PIPES AND INSULATION. AVOID ANY LARGER ISSUES THE COLD WEATHER MAY CAUSE WITH THIS INSPECTION.
